Who is responsible

This website is operated by MB Oudri (company code 306445316, registered address Gilužio g. 45-1, LT-06239 Vilnius, Lithuania), which offers its services under the brand name Logisight. MB Oudri is the controller of your personal data. For any question about your personal data, email info@logisight.io.

What we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, work email address, company (if provided), enquiry type and message. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your email.

Our hosting provider records standard technical server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) to keep the website secure and running.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a pilot proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

The website sets no cookies when you browse it. When you send the contact form, one technical session cookie is set to prevent repeated submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.

Who receives it

We do not sell or share your data. It is processed by our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, on our behalf and under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact unless a business relationship follows.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@logisight.io. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
