HOW IT WORKS

From customer email
to clear answer.

Your team keeps working in email. LogiSight picks up the enquiry, reads the attached SDS and prepares the reply.

  1. 01

    Forward the enquiry

Customer questions with an SDS attached arrive in a dedicated LogiSight mailbox, forwarded by your team or sent there directly.

  2. 02

    Check air and road

LogiSight extracts the UN number, class and packing group from Section 14 and checks them against IATA (air) and ADR (road) requirements.

  3. 03

    Reply in their language

A clear answer with the reasons behind it goes out in the language your customer wrote in. Unclear cases wait for your team.

FAQ

Common questions.

Anything else? Email info@logisight.io.

Which transport regulations does LogiSight cover?

The current pilot covers air transport under the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and road transport under ADR. Sea transport (IMDG) is not covered yet.

What does LogiSight read from the SDS?

It reads Section 14 (transport information): UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class and packing group. The original excerpt is kept next to every result so it can be checked.

Is the reply a shipment acceptance?

No. The reply is an informational assessment based on the SDS. Final acceptance of a shipment stays with the carrier and its qualified staff.

Which languages are supported?

The reply is drafted in the language the customer wrote in, so your team does not need to translate it.

What happens when data is missing or unclear?

The enquiry is flagged for attention instead of guessed. The draft asks the customer for the information that is missing.

Are replies sent automatically?

Yes, when the SDS gives a clear result. Replies with missing or conflicting data are held in the dashboard for your team to review, edit and send.

How does a pilot work?

A pilot runs for 6–8 weeks on one workflow, with a weekly review of results. Tell us about your operation below and we will suggest a scope.
